We are pleased to share that we have successfully passed our recent ISO 9001 surveillance audit with zero findings.
This outcome reflects the continued effort across the team to maintain a well-organised, effective quality management system. From day-to-day processes to long term-improvements, the commitment to keeping systems structured, compliant and up to date has been key to achieving this result.
During the audit, a range of areas were reviewed, including EtO packing and manufacturing processes, KPI monitoring, service reporting, T-Desk systems, calibration procedures, goods receipt and staff training records. Each of these elements plays an important role in ensuring that our services remain consistent, reliable and aligned with required standards.
Achieving a clean audit is a strong indication that our processes are working as intended and that quality is being maintained across all areas of the business. It also reinforces our commitement to continuous improvement and delivering high standards to our customers.
